Our heritage
A Victoria name families have trusted for generations
In 1964 the late K.D. Pillay – known to everyone as “Mr Deenu” – took over a shop on Quincy Street near Victoria’s main market. In 1965 he renamed it Chez Deenu. Through the 1970s and 1980s it grew into a respected import, wholesale and retail business and a long-time member of the Seychelles Chamber of Commerce & Industry.
